Join us for Yoga classes focusing on flexibility, stretching (especially for sports), mobility, and balance. Poses are tailored to meet the needs of each individual to help you get the stretch you need. Our goal is for you to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Meditation is included for mental renewal, relieving stress, and improving focus.
No previous Yoga experience is needed to enjoy our classes. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, sex/gender, or physical ability. It is always a good idea consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing a towel and water bottle.
